294. Mr Mutelo (Mitete) - to ask the Minister of Local Government and Rural Development:
 
(a) what the progress, in percentage terms, on the construction of the mini civic centre in Kabwata Parliamentary Constituency was, as of October, 2021;
 
(b) what the cause of the delay in completing the project is; and 
 
(c) when the construction works will be completed.
 
295. Mr Mtayachalo (Chama North) - to ask the Minister of Agriculture:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to review the mandate of the Food Reserve Agency to allow it to export maize instead of restricting it to procurement of the crop for strategic reserves; and
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented.
 
296. Mr Katakwe (Solwezi East) - to ask the Minister of Health:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to procure an additional ambulance suitable for the terrain of Solwezi East Parliamentary Constituency; and
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented.
 
297. Mr Mung’andu (Chama South) - to ask the Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development:
 
(a) why the rehabilitation of the Chikwa-Chasefu road in Chama South Parliamentary Constituency has stalled:
 
(b) when the works will resume;
 
(c) who the contractor for the project is;
 
(d) how much money was paid to the contractor, as of September, 2021;
 
(e) what the total cost of the project is; and
 
(f) what the time frame for the completion of the project is.
 
298. Mr Miyutu (Kalabo Central) - to ask the Minister of Education what measures the Government is taking to improve the School Feeding Programme in primary schools, countrywide.
 
299. Mr Mwambazi (Bwana Mkubwa) - to ask the Minister of Education:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct a secondary school in Bwana Mkubwa Parliamentary Constituency;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented;
 
(c) what the estimated cost of the project is; and 
 
(d) what the estimated time frame for the completion of the project is.
 
300. Mr Samakayi (Mwinilunga) - to ask the Minister of Fisheries and Livestock:
 
(a) how many dip tanks were earmarked for construction, under the programme for construction of dip tanks, province by province; 
 
(b) how many dip tanks were completed, as of September, 2021;
 
(c) when the remaining dip tanks will be completed;
 
(d) what the cost of the dip tanks at (c) is;
 
(e) what the total cost of the project is;
 
(f) whether the programme has achieved its intended purpose so far; and
 
(g) if the purpose has not been achieved, why.
 
301. Mr Mabenga (Mulobezi) - to ask the Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development:
 
(a) why the construction of the District Administration block in Mulobezi District has stalled;
 
(b) when the project will resume;
 
(c) what the total cost of the project is; and 
 
(d) what the time frame for the completion of the project is.
