258.   Mr Miyutu (Kalabo Central) - to ask the Minister of Labour and Social Security:
 
(a) how many health facilities in Western Province were accredited to the National Health Insurance Management Authority, as of September, 2021;
 
(b) what their names are; and
 
(c) how the Scheme is enhancing the provision of health services in the Province.
 
259. Mr E Tembo (Feira) - to ask the Minister of Health:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to rehabilitate the mortuaries at the following Hospitals in Feira Parliamentary Constituency:
 
(i) Katondwe Mission; and
 
(ii) Mandombwe;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented;
 
(c) what the estimated cost of the project is; and
 
(d) what the time frame for the completion of the project is.
 
260.    Mr Chanda (Kanchibiya) - to ask the Minister of Fisheries and Livestock:
 
(a) how many litres of locally produced milk went to waste, on average per month in 2021, countrywide, due to lack of storage facilities;
 
(b) what measures the Government is taking to ensure availability of refrigerated storage facilities to prevent wastage of milk and other dairy products;
 
(c) what measures the Government is taking to improve milk production in order to prevent importation of the product;
 
(d) whether the Government has any plans to empower cooperatives engaged in dairy farming in Kanchibiya Parliamentary Constituency, with dairy animals; and
 
(e) if so, when the plans will be implemented.
 
261. Mr Samakayi (Mwinilunga) - to ask the Minister of Agriculture:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to procure motor vehicles and motor cycles for the Department of Agriculture in Mwinilunga District, to enhance its operations; and
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented.
 
262. Mr Mwambazi (Bwana Mkubwa) - to ask the Minister of Health:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to procure furniture for the following health facilities in Bwana Mkubwa Parliamentary Constituency:
 
(i) Kantolomba Health Post;
 
(ii) Chichele Health Post; and
 
(iii) Mushili Mini Hospital; 
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and 
 
(c) what the estimated cost of the furniture for each facility is.
 
263.    Mr Mulunda (Siavonga) - to ask the Minister of Fisheries and Livestock:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to implement youth and women empowerment programmes in fish farming, countrywide;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; 
 
(c) what the targeted number of beneficiaries per year is; and 
 
(d) if there are no such plans, why.
 
264. Mr Mutale (Chitambo) - to ask the Minister of Agriculture:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct an agricultural training centre in Chitambo District;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
 
(c) if there are no such plans, why.
 
265. Mr Mabenga (Mulobezi) - to ask the Minister of Energy:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to electrify the following Schools in Mulobezi Parliamentary Constituency:
 
(i) Sanembo Primary;
 
(ii) Kamanga Primary;
 
(iii) Bwina Secondary; and
 
(iv) Nawinda Secondary; and
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented.
