230.  Mr Samakayi (Mwinilunga) - to ask the Minister of Agriculture:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to recruit additional agricultural staff for the Department of Agriculture in Mwinilunga District; 
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; 
 
(c) how many members of staff are earmarked for recruitment in 2022; and
 
(d) what categories of staff will be recruited.
 
231. Mr Kang’ombe (Kamfinsa) - to ask the Minister of Water Development and Sanitation:
 
(a) why the construction of Phase II of the Nkana Water Supply and Sanitation Project in Kamfinsa Parliamentary Constituency has stalled;
 
(b) when the project will resume; and
 
(c) whether local contractors in the Constituency will be considered in engaging the new contractor.
 
232.  Mr Mandandi (Sioma) - to ask the Minister of Health:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to upgrade the Sioma Rural Health Centre in Sioma District to a mini hospital;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
 
(c) if there are no such plans, why.
 
233.  Mr Mwambazi (Bwana Mkubwa) - to ask the Vice President:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to resettle the residents of Chichele area in Ndola District who were evicted from Golden Lay Farm following a court order; and
 
(b) if so, when the residents will be resettled.
 
234.  Mr Mutale (Chitambo) - to ask the Minister of Community Development and Social Services when the Government will start implementing the fight against child marriage programmes in Chitambo District.
 
235.  Ms M Phiri (Milanzi) - to ask the Minister of Energy:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to electrify the following Chiefdoms in Milanzi Parliamentary Constituency:
 
(i) Kathumba; and
 
(ii) Kawaza;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
 
(c) how many households are earmarked for electrification in each Chiefdom.
 
236.  Mr Hamwaata (Pemba) - to ask the Minister of Health:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to deploy additional surgeons to the University Teaching Hospital in Lusaka;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
 
(c) how many surgeons are earmarked for deployment to the Hospital.
 
237.  Mr Fube (Chilubi) - to ask the Minister of Transport and Logistics:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct an airport at Kasaba Bay in Northen Province; 
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
 
(c) if there are no such plans, why.
 
238.  Mr Miyutu (Kalabo Central) - to ask the Minister of Defence:
 
(a) whether the Zambia National Service (ZNS) has adequate equipment for road construction; and
 
(b) what the benefits of transferring the Rural Roads Unit to ZNS are.
 
239.  Mr E Tembo (Feira) - to ask the Minister of Justice:
 
(a) why the construction of the magistrates court building in Feira District has stalled; 
 
(b) when the project will resume; and
 
(c) what the cause of the delay in completing the project is.
 
240.  Ms Halwiindi (Kabwe Central) - to ask the Minister of Health:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to rehabilitate Kabwe Central Hospital which is in a deplorable condition;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and 
 
(c) when the paving of the hospital grounds will be completed.
 
241.  Mr Chanda (Kanchibiya) - to ask the Minister of Fisheries and Livestock:
 
(a) what measures the Government is taking to create awareness on effective management of livestock among emerging livestock farmers in Kanchibiya Parliamentary Constituency;
 
(b) whether the Government has any plans to construct an agriculture training college in the Constituency; and
 
(c) if so, when the plans will be implemented.
 
242.  Mr J Chibuye (Roan) - to ask the Minister of Mines and Minerals Development:
 
(a) whether the Government is aware that Baluba Mine in Luanshya District is scheduled to close in 2022; and
 
(b) if so, what measures are being taken to avert job losses.
 
243.  Mr Kangombe (Sesheke) - to ask the Minister of Technology and Science:
 
(a) when the construction of the Sesheke Trades Institute in Katima Mulilo Ward in Sesheke Parliamentary Constituency will be completed;
 
(b) what the cause of the delay in completing the project is;
 
(c) what the total cost of the project is; and
 
(d) what the time frame for the completion of the project is.
 
244.  Mr Mtayachalo (Chama North) - to ask the Minister of Health:
 
(a) whether the Sondashi 2000 herbal drug is effective in curing HIV/AIDS; 
 
(b) why it has taken long to determine the efficacy of the drug;
 
(c) what the status of the clinical trials on the drug is;
 
(d) whether the Government is aware that some organizations have been selling drugs which they claim cure HIV/AIDS; and
 
(e) if so, what measures the Government is taking to protect citizens from procuring such drugs from unlicensed persons.
