The Clerk of the National Assembly of Zambia, Mr. Roy Ngulube has been elected to serve on the Steering Committee of the Society of Clerks-At-The-Table (SoCATT) Africa Region as the Central Sub-Region Representative from 2024 to 2027.

Mr. Ngulube was elected at the 2024 SoCATT Annual General Meeting (AGM) that was conducted alongside the 53^rd Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) Conference and AGM held from 29^th September to 7^th October, 2024 in Arusha, Tanzania.
