The Zambia Qualifications Authority Bill, 2024

The objects of this Bill are to—
(a) continue the existence of the Zambia Qualifications
Authority and re-define its functions;
(b) provide for the development and implementation of a
National Qualifications Framework;
(c) provide for registration of qualifications on the National
Qualifications Framework;
(d) provide for verification and evaluation of qualifications;
(e) constitute the Board of the Zambia Qualifications Authority
and re-define its functions;
(f)repeal and replace the Zambia Qualifications Authority Act,

The Lands Tribunal (Amendment) Bill, 2024

The object of this Bill is to amend the Lands Tribunal Act,
2010, so as to provide for—
(a) the establishment of a principal registry and regional
registry;
(b) the appointment of an Assistant Registrar; and
(c) matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing.

The Matrimonial Causes (Amendment) Bill, 2024

The object of this Bill is to amend the Matrimonial Causes Act,
2007, so as to revise the grounds on which a marriage is considered
to be void.

The Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education( Amendment) Bill, 2024

The object of this Bill is to amend the Zambia Institute of
Advanced Legal Education Act so as to revise the functions of the
Council of the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education.
