An Act to provide for the establishment and operation of a National Council of

Education for the Republic and of Regional and Local Councils of Education;

to provide for the promotion, development and control of schools, educational

institutions and services; to provide for the transfer to the Board of Governors

of the Northern Technical College of certain properties, moneys and assets

presently vested in the trustee of the charitable foundation known as the

Copperbelt Technical Foundation; and to provide for matters incidental to or

connected with the foregoing.
