491.  Dr Chibanda (Mufulira)    -   to ask the Minister of Works and Supply:

 

(a) when the Government Printing Department will be recapitalised;

 

(b) what the cost of recapitalising the Department is;

 

(c) whether the Department will be ready to print the ballot papers for the 2021 General Elections;

 

(d) if the Department will not be ready, why; and

 

(e) what the benefits of utilising the Government Printing Department, as opposed to private printers, are.
