78    Mr Chisopa (Mkushi South) - to ask the Minister of Labour and Social Security:

(a)    whether the dispute between Konkola Copper Mines (KCM) and the mineworkers unions regarding the manner in which KCM was outsourcing labour has been resolved; and

(b)    if not, what interventions the Government is making to resolve the dispute and to avert the loss of jobs following the decision by the mining company to outsource labour.
