(a)    whether the Government has any plans to construct a modern market in Nyimba District;

(b)    if so, when the project will commence;

(c)    what the estimated cost of the project is; and

(d)    what the time-frame for the completion of the project is.

71    Mr Samakayi (Mwinilunga) - to ask the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development:

(a)    whether the Government has any plans to rehabilitate the following roads in Mwinilunga Parliamentary Constituency:

(i)    Lumwana West-Kambimba; and
(ii)    Makangu-Ntambu;

(b)    if so, when the plans will be implemented; and

(c)    if there are no such plans, why.
