QUESTIONS FOR ORAL ANSWER

52    Mr Hamusonde (Nangoma) - to ask the Minister of Commerce, Trade and Industry:

(a)    whether the Government has restricted non-Zambians from engaging in some business ventures to promote local youth participation;

(b)    if so, what these business ventures are;

(c)    how effective the restrictions have been from inception to date; and

(d)    what benefits have so far accrued to the youth.

53    Dr M Malama (Kanchibiya) - to ask the Minister of Energy when the electrification of the following institutions in Kanchibiya Parliamentary Constituency will commence:

(a)    Kopa Rural Health Centre;

(b)    Chikakala Rural Health Centre;

(c)    Kopa Primary School;

(d)    Chikakala Secondary School; and

(e)    communities which are close to the electricity power lines.
