The objects of this Bill are to

  1. establish the National Prosecution Authority and provide for its powers and functions;
  2. provide a framework for the effective administration of criminal justice;
  3. establish the Witness Management Fund; and
  4. provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing.
