An Act to authorise expenditure from the general revenues of the Republic of monies required for the services of the Republic during the financial year ending 31st December, 2014 not excedding in the aggregate forty-two billion, six hundred and eighty-two million, thirty-four thousand, one hundred thirty-four kwacha.
