An Act to provide for the privatisation and commercialisation of State owned

enterprises; to provide for the establishment of the Zambia Privatisation

Agency and to define the functions of the Agency; to provide for the sale of

shares inState owned enterprises; and to provide for matters connected with

or incidental to the foregoing.
