Suspend Standing Order 26(1): That Standing Order 26(1) of the National Assembly of Zambia Standing Orders, 2024, be suspended to facilitate the delivery of the Special Address by His Excellency, Mr Filipe Jacinto Nyusi, President of the Republic of Mozambique on Friday, 28th June, 2024.

(a) when construction of the Michael Chilufya Sata School of Public Health in Mpika District will commence;

 

(b) when the tendering process for the project will commence; and

(a) what the benefits and challenges of the introduction of grants in public schools are; and

 

(b) what measures are being taken to mitigate the challenges.

 

 

Adopt Report of the Committee on Local Governance, Housing and Chiefs’ Affairs: That this House adopts the Report of the Committee on Local Governance, Housing and Chiefs’ Affairs on the Consideration of the Review of the Implementation of the Constituency Development Fund, for the Third Session of the Thirteenth National Assembly, laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, 25th June, 2024. 

 

Adopt Report of the Zambian Delegation to the 14th Ordinary Session of the Plenary Assembly of the Forum of Parliaments of the Member-States of the International Conference on the Great Lakes Region (FP-ICGLR): That this House adopts the Report of the Zambian Delegation to the 14th Ordinary Session of the Plenary Assembly of the Forum of Parliaments of the Member-States of the International Conference on the Great Lakes Region (FP-ICGLR) held in Livingstone, Zambia, from 15th to 19th April, 2024, for the Third Session of the Thirteenth National Assembly, laid on the Table of the House on Wednesday, 26th June, 2024.
