97    Mr Kapyanga (Mpika Central)    -    to ask the Minister of Agriculture:

(a)    whether the Government is aware that some farmers who supplied maize to the Food Reserve Agency (FRA) have not yet been paid, and are unable to procure inputs for the 2021/2022 farming season;

(b)    if so, what assistance will be rendered to the affected farmers to enable them access inputs; and

(c)    when all the farmers who are owed money by the FRA will be paid.
