QUESTION FOR ORAL ANSWER (STANDING ORDER 76)
71. Mr Miyutu (Kalabo Central) - to ask the Minister of Health:
(a) whether the Government is aware that the following facilities in Kalabo District are not testing patients for diabetes due to lack of reagents:
(i) Kalabo District Hospital; and
(ii) Winela Clinic; and
(b) if so, what urgent measures are being taken to procure the reagents to avert loss of lives, considering that diabetes is a fatal disease.
QUESTIONS FOR ORAL ANSWER (STANDING ORDER 74)
72. Ms Katuta (Chienge) - to ask the Minister of Home Affairs and Internal Security when additional police and immigration officers will be deployed to Kafulwe Waters in Chienge District to patrol the border between Zambia and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
73. Mr Chanda (Kanchibiya) - to ask the Minister of Education:
(a) whether the Government has any plans to make agriculture education compulsory at both primary and secondary school levels; and
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented.
