The objects of this Bill is to amend the Land Survey Act so as to provide for—

(a) the issuance and maintenance of a diagram, general plan and any other survey records in electronic form;
(b) electronic transactions, including the use of an electronic

and digital signature by the Surveyor-General; and
(c) matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing.
