63. Mrs Chinyama (Kafue)   -   to ask the Minister of Labour and Social Security:

 

(a) whether the workers who are quarantined at various work places such as the Kafue Gorge Lower Hydroelectric Power Station construction site, will be allowed to register as voters in the on-going Voter Registration Exercise;

 

(b) if they will not be allowed, what measures have been put in place to facilitate the workers’ participation in the Exercise; and

 

(c) if no measures have been put in place, why.
