234 Mr Miyutu (Kalabo Central)    - to ask the Minister of Home Affairs:
 
(a) whether the Government is aware that people in the rural parts of Kalabo District are spending nights outside their homes to safeguard themselves against gassing as there are no police patrols being conducted; and
 
(b) if so, what measures are being taken to beef up security in the rural parts of the District.
 
 
235 Mr Mulunda (Siavonga)    - to ask the Minister of Tourism and Arts:
 
(a) whether the Government is aware that there is a stray lion that is killing domestic animals and terrorising the residents of Namoomba and Chalokwa areas in Nanyanga Ward in Siavonga Parliamentary Constituency;
 
(b) if so, what measures are being taken to address the problem; and
 
(c) how many animals had been killed by the lion as of Wednesday, 4th March, 2020.

236 Mr Chiyalika (Lufubu)   - to ask the Minister of General Education:
 
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to rehabilitate Katondo Primary School in Kabwe Central Parliamentary Constituency;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented;
 
(c) what the total cost of the project is; and
 
(d) what the estimated time frame for the completion of the project is.
 
 
237 Mr Miyutu (Kalabo Central) - to ask the Minister of Commerce, Trade and Industry:
 
 
(a) whether the Government is taking any measures to empower entrepreneurs in rural areas, countrywide;
 
(b) if so, what programmes are being implemented to empower the entrepreneurs; and
 
(c) what entrepreneurship programmes need to be implemented in Western Province.
 
 
238 Mr Simbao (Senga Hill)    - to ask the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development:
 
 
(a) when the tarring of the Chimula-Mpande road in Senga Hill Parliamentary Constituency will commence;
 
(b) who the contractor for the project is;
 
(c) what has caused the delay in commencing the project; and
 
(d) what the time frame for the completion of the project is.
