160 Mr Chishala (Roan)    - to ask the Minister of Mines and Minerals Development:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to give the Luanshya Copper Mines dump site to the youths in Luanshya District; and
 
(b) if so, what measures the Government will take to ensure that only the youths from Luanshya District have access to the dump site.
 
 
161 Ms Chisangano (Gwembe)    - to ask the Minister of Health:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct mini hospitals in the following areas in Gwembe Parliamentary Constituency:
 
(i) Bondo; and
 
(ii) Chipepo; and
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented.
