An Act to authorise supplementary expenditure from the Consolidated Fund of monies required for the services of the Republic during the financial year ending 31st December, 2019, not exceeding in aggregate one billion, one hundred and seventy-five million, seven hundred and sixty-two thousand, seven hundred and fifty-six kwacha.
