509. Ms P Jere (Lumezi) - to ask the Minister of Water Development, Sanitation and Environmental Protection:
 
(a) when the sinking of the 18 boreholes allocated to Lumezi District will commence;
 
(b) who the contractor for the project is;
 
(c) what the cost of the project is; and
 
(d) what the time frame for the completion of the project is.
 
510. Mr Kamboni (Kalomo Central) - to ask the Minister of Fisheries and Livestock:
 
(a) why the rehabilitation of dip tanks in the following areas in Kalomo Central Parliamentary Constituency has not commenced despite the contractor having been paid for the works:
 
(i) Tara                                            (iv) Katete;
 
(ii) Katundulu;                                 (v) Simpuku; and
 
(iii) Siampanyuma;                          (vi) Nanjame;
 
(b) when the rehabilitation works will commence;
 
(c) what the name of the contractor is;
 
(d) whether any action will be taken against the contractor for failure to commence the works; and
 
(e) if so, what action will be taken.
 
511. Mr Mukosa (Chinsali) - to ask the Minister of Housing and 
Infrastructure Development:
 
(a) at what stage of completion, in percentage terms, the project to tar the Chinsali-Mulilansolo road was, as of June, 2019;
 
(b) what the revised date for the completion of the project is; and
 
(c) what measures are being taken to ensure that the project is completed according to the revised date of completion.
 
512. Mr Mutelo (Mitete) - to ask the Minister of Water Development, 
Sanitation and Environmental Protection:
 
(a) how many boreholes were earmarked for sinking in Mitete District in 2017 and 2018;
 
(b) how many boreholes were sunk in each year; and
 
(c) if no boreholes were sunk, why. 
 
513. Mr Chisopa (Mkushi South) - to ask the Minister of General 
Education:
 
(a) how many primary schools were upgraded to secondary level in Luano District in 2018;
 
(b) of the schools above, how many received funds for infrastructure development, name by name;
 
(c) when infrastructure at (b) will be completed;
 
(d) what the cause of the delay in completing the projects is; and
 
(e) how much money has so far been spent on each project.
 
514. Mr M Jere (Livingstone) - to ask the Minister of Housing and 
Infrastructure Development:
 
(a) why the construction of the Shungu Namutitima Secondary School in Livingstone District has stalled;
 
(b) when the works will resume;
 
(c) who the contractor for the project is;
 
(d) what the total cost of the project is; and
 
(e) what the time frame for the completion of the outstanding works, is.
 
515. Mr S Tembo (Chadiza) - to ask the Minister of Local Government:
 
(a) when the reconstruction  of the following bridges in Chadiza District, which were washed away, will commence:
 
(i) Chipwete;
 
(ii) Kandewo;
 
(iii) Mwangazi; and
 
(iv) Mwami; and
 
(b) what the estimated cost of the works is.
 
516. Mr Lihefu (Manyinga) - to ask the Minister of Housing and 
Infrastructure Development:
 
(a) when the rehabilitation of the Ndunga Road, which connects Zambia to Angola via Manyinga Parliamentary Constituency, will commence;
 
(b) what the time frame for the completion of the project is; and
 
(c) what the total cost of the project is.
 
517. Mr Mung’andu (Chama South) - to ask the Minister of Housing 
and Infrastructure Development:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to rehabilitate the Chasato-Chikwa road in Chama South Parliamentary Constituency;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
 
(c) if there are no such plans, why.
 
518. Prof Lungwangwa (Nalikwanda) - to ask the Minister of Local 
Government:
 
(a) whether the following feeder roads in Nalikwanda Parliamentary Constituency are part of the countrywide 10,000 Kilometre Feeder Roads Construction Programme:
 
(i) Namushakende-Nakanyaa;
 
(ii) Nakanyaa-Namaumba;
 
(iii) Ndondo-Kasindangwa;
 
(iv) Kaongela-Imalyo-Nakanyaa; and
 
(v) Nakanyaa-Netonga-Lukweta; and
 
(b) if the roads are not part of the Programme, why.
 
519. Mr Imbuwa (Nalolo) -  to ask the Minister of Health:
 
(a) when the reconstruction of the clinic at Nalolo Royal Village in Nalolo District will commence;
 
(b) what the cause of the delay in commencing the project is;
 
(c) how many structures will be constructed at the site;
 
(d) what the time frame for the completion of the project is; and
 
(e) what the total cost of the project is.
 
520. Mrs M L Phiri (Chilanga) - to ask the Minister of General 
Education:
 
(a) when the Lusaka West Boarding School in Chilanga Parliamentary Constituency will be opened to the public; and
 
(b) what the cause of delay in opening the School is.
 
521. Mr P Phiri (Mkaika) - to ask the Minister of Housing and 
Infrastructure Development:
 
(a) when the  rehabilitation of the Katete-Chanida road, which is in a deplorable state, will commence; and
 
(b) why the state of the road has been allowed to deteriorate.
 
522. Mr P Phiri (Mkaika) - to ask the Minister of Energy when the 
Chimtende and Matunga Day Secondary Schools in Katete District will be connected to the national electricity grid.
 
523. Mr Chaatila (Moomba) - to ask the Minister of Housing and 
Infrastructure Development:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to tar the Mwanza-Chivuna road in Moomba Parliamentary Constituency;
 
(b) if so, when the exercise will commence; and
 
(c) if there are no such plans, why.
 
524. Dr Chibanda (Mufulira) - to ask the Minister of Transport and 
Communication:
 
(a) whether the Zambia Telecommunications Company Limited (Zamtel) declared any profits from 2012 to 2018;
 
(b) if so, how much profit was made in the period above, year by year;
 
(c) whether Zamtel was able to compete favourably with other mobile service providers; and
 
(d) whether the Government has any plans to either privatise or list Zamtel on the Lusaka Stock Exchange.
 
525. Mr Hamusonde (Nangoma) - to ask the Minister of Agriculture:
 
(a) when the agro-dealers who supplied farming inputs under the Farmer Input Support Programme for the 2018/2019 farming season will be paid;
 
(b) how much money in total was owed to the agro-dealers as of April, 2019; and
 
(c) what measures have been taken to ensure that in future, agro dealers are paid on time.
 
526. Mr Chiyalika (Lufubu) - to ask the Minister of Housing and 
Infrastructure Development:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to connect Chirwa Island to the rest of Ngabwe District through an embankment;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
 
(c) what the estimated cost of the project is.
 
527. Mr Chiyalika (Lufubu) - to ask the Minister of Justice:
 
(a) how much money was realised from the sale of Roan Antelope Mining Corporation of Zambia (RAMCOZ) Mine;
 
(b) who the liquidator was;
 
(c) how much was paid to the liquidator;
 
(d) whether there is any outstanding payment on the purchase price;
 
(e) if so, when the balance will be paid; and
 
(f) how many creditors had not been paid as of 31st January, 2019.
 
528. Mr Mulunda (Siavonga) - to ask the Minister of Youth, Sport and 
Child Development:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct a youth skills training centre in Siavonga District; and
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented.
