352 Ms Chisangano (Gwembe)     - to ask the Minister of Community Development and Social Welfare:

 

(a) why the companies which supplied seed under the Food Security Pack during the 2015, 2016 and 2017 farming seasons have not been paid for their services  to-date;

 

(b) whether the Government is aware that the suppliers are facing operational challenges due to the non-payment of the debt; and

 

(c) when the debt will be paid.

 

 

353 Mr A Mumba (Kantanshi)    - to ask the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development:

 

 

(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented;

 

(c) what the estimated period for the completion of the project is; and
