146 Mr Lufuma (Kabompo) - to ask the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development:
 
(a) when the construction of 1x3 classroom blocks and teachers’ houses at the following primary schools in Kabompo Parliamentary Constituency will commence:
 
(i) Chifuwe South;
(ii) Chifuwe Minunga; and
(iii) Kafungo;
(b) what has caused the delay in commencing the project;
(c) what the total cost of the project is; and
(d) what the time frame for the completion of the project is.
 
147 Mr Miyutu (Kalabo Central) - to ask the Minister of Finance what measures the Government is taking to improve service delivery by the National Savings and Credit Bank in rural areas, countrywide.
 
148 Ms P Jere (Lumezi) - to ask the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to rehabilitate the Chipata-Lundazi road which is in a deplorable state;
(b) if so, when the project will commence;
(c) what the time frame for the completion of the project is; and
(d) what the total cost of the project is.
 
149 Ms Chonya (Kafue) - to ask the Minister of Water Development, Sanitation and Environmental Protection:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct water reticulation systems in the following areas in Kafue Parliamentary Constituency:
(i) Kafue East;
(ii) Green Fields;
(iii) Zambia Compound; and
(iv) Kaseba; and
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented.
 
150 Mr Mubika (Shangombo) - to ask the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development:
 
(a) when the contractor engaged to construct workers’ houses for the Shangombo Harbour in Shangombo District will be paid;
(b) what has caused the delay in disbursing funds for the project;
(c) what the estimated time frame for the completion of the project is; and
(d) what the total cost of the project is.
 
151 Mr Mecha (Chifunabuli) - to ask the Minister of Fisheries and Livestock:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to sink boreholes at the following sites in Chifunabuli Parliamentary Constituency:
(i) Kaongwe Dip Tank in Kapamba Ward; and
(ii) Nsombwela/Kapili Livestock Service Centre; and
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented.
 
152 Evangelist Shabula (Itezhi Tezhi) - to ask the Minister of Youth, Sport and Child Development:
 
(a) when the construction of a youth skills training centre in Itezhi Tezhi Parliamentary Constituency will commence;
(b) what courses will be offered at the centre; and
(c) how many students will be recruited per intake.
 
153 Mr Siwale (Mafinga) - to ask the Minister of Energy:
 
(a) when Mafinga District will be connected to the national electricity grid;
(b) what has caused the delay in connecting the District;
(c) what the total cost of the project is; and
(d) how much money has been paid to the contractor so far.
 
154 Mr Miyutu (Kalabo Central)  - to ask the Minister of Tourism and Arts:
 
(a) how many tourists visited the major national parks and other tourist attractions from 2012 to 2016, year by year;
(b) what factors contributed to the increase or decrease in the number of tourists arrivals in the same period; and
(c) what measures the Government is taking to increase the number of tourists visiting the national parks and other tourist attractions.
 
155 Mr Nanjuwa (Mumbwa) - to ask the Minister of Local Government:
 
(a) when the construction of township roads in Mumbwa District will be completed;
(b) whether the works are on schedule;
(c) if the works are not on schedule, why; and
(d) what the time frame for the completion of the project is.
