(a) whether the Government has any plans to plant trees in areas which have been left bare after the harvest of the Mukula tree in Mufumbwe Parliamentary Constituency;

(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and

(c) whether the Government has any plans to introduce awareness programmes on conservation of forests in order to preserve the remaining tree species.

W309. Mr Kamondo (Mufumbwe) - to ask the Minister of General Education:

(a) how many General Certificate of Education (GCE) examination centres are in Mufumbwe District;

(b) whether there are any plans to open up more centres;

(d) if there are no such plans, why.

W310. Mr Kamondo (Mufumbwe) - to ask the Minister of General Education when Chilembe Primary School in Mufumbwe District will be upgraded to a secondary school.

W311. Mr Kintu (Solwezi East) - to ask the Minister of General Education:

(a) whether the Government has any plans to distribute desks to schools in Solwezi East Parliamentary Constituency;

(b) if so, when the desks will be distributed;

(d) what the total cost of purchasing and distributing the desks is.

W312. Mr Kintu (Solwezi East) - to ask the Minister of General Education:

(a) when the construction of classroom blocks and staff houses at the following secondary schools in Solwezi East Parliamentary Constituency will commence:

(i) Kichekwe;

(ii) Yowela; and

(iii) Mapunga;

(b) how many classroom blocks and staff houses are earmarked for construction at each school; and

W313. Mr Kintu (Solwezi East) - to ask the Minister of Local Government:

(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct feeder roads connecting the following Chiefdoms in Solwezi East Parliamentary Constituency:

(i) Chief Kikola-Chief Musaka;

(ii) Senior Chief Kalilele-Chief Musaka;

(iii) Senior Chief Kalilele-Chief Mulonga;

(iv) Senior Chief Kalilele-Chief Kikola; and

(v) Senior Chief Kalilele-Senior Chief Mujimanzhovu;

(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and

W314. Mr Kintu (Solwezi East) - to ask the Minister of Fisheries and Livestock:

(a) whether the Government has any plans to encourage commercial farming of fish and goats in Solwezi East Parliamentary Constituency;

(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and

(c) what measures the Government is taking to promote goat rearing countrywide to meet the growing demand both at home and abroad.

(a) whether the Government has any plans to procure computers for schools in Mushindamo District; and

(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented.

(a) whether the doctors who were recruited by the Government in November, 2017 have been put on the payroll;

(b) if not, why; and

W317. Mr Lumayi (Chavuma) - to ask the Vice President:

(a) when the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) was established;

(b) whether the IDC has been audited since its establishment;

(d) if it has not been audited, why; and

(e) when it will be audited.

W318. Mr Mecha (Chifunabuli) - to ask the Minister of General Education:

(a) what the total number of the following, in the Early Childhood Education (ECE) sub-sector, is:

(i) ECE centres country-wide;

(ii) ECE centres in Chifunabuli Parliamentary Constituency;

(iii) ECE trained teachers deployed countrywide; and

(iv) ECE trained teachers deployed to Chifunabuli Parliamentary Constituency;

(b) what the deficit of ECE trained teachers countrywide is; and

W319. Mr Miyutu (Kalabo Central) - to ask the Minister of Fisheries and Livestock:

(a) what the total number of veterinary officers in Kalabo District is;

(b) what the total number of agriculture camps in the District is; and

W320. Mr Mulunda (Siavonga) - to ask the Minister of Local Government when the rehabilitation of township roads in Siavonga District will commence.

W321. Mr Mulunda (Siavonga) - to ask the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development when the rehabilitation of the Siavonga Road from the Chirundu-Kafue road Junction to Kariba Dam (M15) will commence.
