An Act to authorise expenditure from the general revenues of the Republic of moneys required for the services of the Republic during the financial year ending on the 31st December, 1998, not exceeding in the aggregate one thousand eight hundred and sixteen billion, eight hundred and thirty-eight million, seven hundred and seventy-five thousand, one hundred and forty-four kwacha.
