68    Mr Mutale (Chitambo) - to ask the Minister of Fisheries and Livestock when a motor vehicle will be provided to the Department of Fisheries and Livestock in Chitambo District to ease operational challenges.

69    Mr S Miti (Feira) - to ask the Minister of General Education:

(a)    whether the Government has any plans to build a college in Luangwa District;

(b)    if so, when construction works will commence; and

(c)    if there are no such plans, why.

QUESTION FOR WRITTEN ANSWER

W4    Mr Samakayi (Mwinilunga) - to ask the Minister of Finance:

(a)    how much money was disbursed to each Provincial Administration from 2012 to 2016, year by year; and

(b)    of the money above, how much was used on the following:

(i)    capital projects;
(ii)    service delivery; and
(iii)    personal emoluments; and

(c)    how much money, if any, was in excess of the budget allocation, during the same period, province by province.

Expedite the Enactment of Legislation on the Constituency Development Fund:  That, in terms of Article 162(2) of the Constitution of Zambia, this House urges the Government to expedite the enactment of legislation on the management, disbursement, utilisation and accountability of the Constituency Development Fund.
