64 Ms E Phiri (Kanyama) - to ask the Minister of Health:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct additional hospitals and health centres in Kanyama Parliamentary Constituency;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented;
 
(c) how many hospitals and health centres are earmarked for construction; and 
 
(d) if there are no such plans, why.
 
65 Mr Mecha (Chifunabuli) - to ask the Minister of Fisheries and Livestock:
 
(a) how much money was released for the implementation of the fishing ban exercise in Samfya District from 1st December, 2016 to 1st March, 2017;
 
(b) whether there are any people who were arrested for defying the fishing ban;
 
(c) if so, how many were:
 
(i) arrested;
(ii) prosecuted; and
(iii) convicted;
 
(d) whether the Government has any plans to promote alternative livelihoods in the District, especially for people who live on islands and in fishing camps, during the fishing ban period; and
 
(e) if so, what the plans are.
 
 
QUESTION FOR WRITTEN ANSWER
 
W2 Mr Mwila (Chimwemwe) - to ask the Minister of Commerce, Trade and Industry:
 
(a) how much money the Government disbursed to the Citizens Economic Empowerment commission from 2011 to 2016, year by year;
 
(b) what the loan recovery rate is;
 
(c) whether any borrowers failed to repay the loans and, if so, what their names are;
 
(d) what measures have been taken to recover the loans; and
 
(e) what measures the Government has taken to ensure proposals from rural districts are given priority.
