58 Mr Mutale (Chitambo) - to ask the Minister of Youth, Sport and Child Development:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to establish a youth skills development centre in Chitambo District;

(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and

(c) if there are no such plans, why.
 
59 Mr Mutaba (Mwandi) - to ask the Minister of Energy when the following health 
centres in Mwandi Parliamentary Constituency will be connected to the national electricity grid:
 
(a) Masese;
 
(b) Lwazamba;
 
(c) Mushukula; and
 
(d) Magumwe.
