45    Mr Mutale (Chitambo) - to ask the Minister of Youth, Sport and Child Development:

(a)    whether any youth clubs in Chitambo Parliamentary Constituency benefitted from the Youth Empowerment Fund from January, 2015 to December, 2016;

(b)    if so, how many clubs benefitted; and

(c)    what the names of the clubs are.

46    Mr P Phiri (Mkaika) - to ask the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development:

(a)    when the construction of bridges at the following crossing points in Mkaika Parliamentary Constituency will commence:

(i)    Mnyamanzi;
(ii)    Chisale;
(iii)    Kalowe; and
(iv)    Mtetezi; and

(b)    what the time-frame for the completion of each bridge is.
