21    Mr S Miti (Feira) - to ask the Minister of Water Development, Sanitation and Environmental Protection:

(a)    why the water reticulation project at the Chitopa Sub Centre in Luangwa District has stalled;

(b)    when the works will resume; and

(c)    what the time-frame for the completion of the remaining works is.
