Report Summary

The objects of this Bill are to

  1. provide for the confiscation of the proceeds of crime;
  2. provide for the deprivation of any person of any proceed, benefit or property derived from the commission of any serious crime;
  3. facilitate the tracing of any proceed, benefit and property derived from the commission of any serious offence;
  4. provide for the domestication of the United Nations Convention against Corruption; and
  5. provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing.
