QUESTION FOR ORAL ANSWER
430 Mr Mweetwa (Choma Central) - to ask the Minister of Health:
(a) whether the Government is aware that the refrigeration system at the Choma General Hospital Mortuary is dysfunctional;
(b) if so, when the refrigeration system will be operational again; and
(c) what measures have been taken, in the interim, to assist bereaved families preserve bodies of their deceased relatives.
QUESTIONS FOR WRITTEN ANSWER
W45 Mr Lufuma (Kabompo West) - to ask the Minister of Local Government and Housing:
(a) whether the Government is aware that there is no water reticulation system along the M8 Road residential area in Kabompo District;
(b) if so, whether the Government has any plans to enhance the capacity of the North-West Water and Sewerage Company to enable it extend the service line to the Township;
(c) if so, when the plans will be implemented, considering that the boreholes that were sunk in the area were dry boreholes; and
(d) if there are no such plans, what measures have been taken to ensure that the residents access clean water.
W46 Mr Lufuma (Kabompo West) - to ask the Minister of Works and Supply:
(a) when the upgrading, to bituminous standard, of the Manyinga-Mwinilunga-Jimbe road will commence;
(b) what the time-frame for the project is; and
(c) what the estimated cost of the project is.
W47 Mr Lufuma (Kabompo West) - to ask the Minister of General Education:
(a) how many primary schools had been implementing the School Feeding Programme as of December, 2015 in the following provinces:
(i) Eastern;
(ii) Western;
(iii) Luapula;
(iv) North-Western; and
(v) Lusaka;
(b) how many pupils, country-wide, benefitted from the Programme as of the same date; and
(c) when the Programme will be extended to all schools, country-wide.
W48 Mr Lufuma (Kabompo West) - to ask the Minister of Health:
(a) when the construction of a second level hospital in Kabompo District will commence;
(b) what the cause of the delay in commencing the project is;
(c) what the time-frame for the project is; and
(d) what the estimated cost of the project is.
