339 Mr Chitafu (Kafulafuta) - to ask the Minister of Labour and Social Security:
(a) whether the rights of employees in private companies without unions are protected and, if so, how; and
(b) if the employees’ rights are not protected, why.
340 Mr Mbewe (Chadiza) - to ask the Minister of Finance:
(a) who the Board Members of the Bank of Zambia were, as of November, 2015; and
(b) how many directors and deputy directors, were on contract as of June, 2015.
341 Mr Mutelo (Lukulu West) - to ask the Minister of Local Government and Housing:
(a) when the construction of the Mitete District Council Administration Block will be completed;
(b) what the name of the contractor for the project is; and
(c) what the time-frame for completion of the project is.
342 Mr Musonda (Kapiri Mposhi) - to ask the Minister of Higher Education:
(a) how many private universities were registered from January, 2006 to June, 2011, year by year; and
(b) of the registered universities at (a), how many were operational as of October, 2015.
343 Mr Namulambe (Mpongwe) - to ask the Minister of Lands, Natural Resources and Environmental Protection:
(a) what plans the Government has on land which has remained undeveloped for more than ten years, despite title deeds being issued; and
(b) what the time-frame for developing land after the issuance of a title deed is.
