200 Mr Namulambe (Mpongwe) - to ask the Vice President and Minister of Development Planning:
(a) whether the Government is aware of the financial irregularities at the National Savings and Credit Bank;
(b) if so, what the nature of the financial irregularities is; and
(c) what urgent measures the Government is taking to secure the savings of the customers and avert a recurrence of events that led to the closure of Lima Bank.
201 Mr Namulambe (Mpongwe) - to ask the Minister of Lands, Environment and Natural Resources:
(a) whether the hazardous copper concentrates with high arsenic content which had been imported from Chile by Konkola Copper Mines have been exported back;
(b) if not, why, and where the copper concentrates are stored; and
(c) if so, what proof is available to show that the concentrates were exported back.
202 Mr Namulambe (Mpongwe) - to ask the Vice President and Minister of Development Planning:
(a) what the total number of employees retrenched by Mopani Copper Mines Plc between 1st January, 2015 and 20th November, 2015 is;
(b) what the outcome of the negotiations held between the mine owners and the unions, over the retrenchment exercise was; and
(c) whether the Government is satisfied with the outcome of the negotiations.
203 Mr Mbulakulima (Chembe) - to ask the Minister of Defence when the Zambia National Service will commence the rehabilitation of feeder roads in Milenge District.
204 Mr Miyutu (Kalabo Central) - to ask the Minister of Chiefs and Traditional Affairs:
(a) why the Government was not represented at the installation ceremony of Chief Mwenemundu of the Mbunda speaking people in Kalabo District which took place on 20th September, 2015;
(b) what the relationship between the Mbunda people of Liuwa and the Government is; and
(c) what measures the Government is taking to improve the relationship to enhance development in the area.
