Date of Assent: 26th August, 2009

An Act to provide for the co-ordination and registration of non-governmental organisations; establish the Non-Governmental Organisations' Registration Board and the Zambia Congress of NonGovernmental Organisations; constitute the Council of Non-Governmental Organisations; enhance the transparency, accountability and performance of nongovernmental organisations; and provide for matters connected with or incidental to the foregoing.
