An Act to amend the Veterinary and Para-veterinary Association of Zambia; continue the existence of the Veterinary Board of Zambia and re-name it Veterinary Council of Zambia; provide for the registration of Veterinary and Para-veterinary Proffessionals and regulate for their conduct; provide for the licencing of laboratories and animal health facilities; provide for the recognition and approval of training programmes for verterinary and para-veterinary proffessionals; repeal and replace the Veterinary Surgeons Act, 1964; and provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing.
