A BILL

An Act to Authorise expenditure from the general revenues of the Republicof moneys required for the services of the Republic during the financial year ending on the 31st December, 2013, not exceeding in the aggregate  thirty-two trillion,  two hundred and twelve billion, one hundred and sixty million, two hundred and sixty-five thousand, two hundred and ninety-two kwacha.
