An Act to continue the existence of the Public Service Pensions Fund Board, re-name it as the Public Service Pensions Fund, and re-define its functions; re-constitute the Board of the re-named Public Service Pensions Fund and re-define its functions; continue the existence of the membership, contribution and benefit structure under the Public Service Pensions Fund and name it as the Public Service Pension Scheme; establish the Occupational Pension Scheme; continue the existence of the Public Service Pensions Fund, in relation to its property component, and re-name it as the Pension Fund; establish the Occupational Pension Fund; provide for the collection of pension contributions; provide for the payment of benefits; provide for the actuarial valuation of the Public Service Pension Scheme and Occupational Pension Scheme; repeal and replace the Public Service Pensions Act,1996; and provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing.
