341. Mr M Zulu (Nyimba) - to ask the Minister of Energy:

 

(a) whether the Government has any plans to electrify the following institutions in Nyimba District:

 

(i) Chifukuzi Primary School; 

(ii) Kanyana Primary School;

(iii) Kalongo Mwape Secondary School;

(iv) Hoffmoyer Secondary School;

(v) Kacholola Secondary School; 

(vi) Chiwale Secondary School;

(vii) Chief Nyalugwe’s Palace; and

(viii) Chief Mwape’s Palace;

 

(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented;

 

(c) what the estimated cost of the project, is; and

 

(d) if there are no such plans, why.

 

342. Mr Nundwe (Chawama) - to ask the Minister of Local Government and Rural Development:

 

(a) what measures the Government is taking to avert flooding during the rainy season in the following areas in Lusaka District, considering that the next rainy season is only a few months away:

 

(i) Chawama;

(ii) Kanyama;

(iii) Kabwata;

(iv) Kamwala South;

(v) Libala South; and 

(vi) Mandevu;

 

(b) when the measures will be implemented; and

 

(c) what the timeframe for the completion of the exercise, is.

 

 

343. Mr Fube (Chilubi) - to ask the Minister of Fisheries and Livestock:

 

(a) how many companies were involved in the production of fish feed in Zambia, as of April, 2026;

 

(b) what the names of the companies, are;

 

(c) how many tonnes of fish feed were produced from 2018 to 2024, year by year; and

 

(d) how many tonnes were exported during the same period.
