6. QUESTIONS FOR ORAL ANSWER (STANDING ORDER 80)
286. Mr Mukosa (Chinsali) - to ask the Minister of Energy:
(a) whether the Government has any plans to invest in solar energy and other forms of electricity generation in Chinsali District;
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
(c) if there are no such plans, why.
287 Mr C Kang’ombe (Kamfinsa) - to ask the Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development:
(a) whether the Government has any plans to work on the following roads in Kamfinsa Parliamentary Constituency:
(i) Kamfinsa Correctional Facility - Ndola - Mufulira Junction;
(ii) Kanshimu Farm Block - Kakolo Farm Block; and
(iii) Old ZAMTAN - New Plots in ZAMTAN up to the ZAMTAN Cemetery;
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
(c) if there are no such plans, why.
288. Mr Simumba (Nakonde) - to ask the Minister of Education:
(a) why Musindano Primary School in Nakonde District is administered by the Isoka District Education Board; and
(b) when the administration of the school will be realigned to the Nakonde District Education Board.
289. Mr Mukosa (Chinsali) - to ask the Minister of Agriculture:
(a) how many beneficiaries of the Farmer Input Support Programme there were in Chinsali District, as of the following dates:
(i) 1st December, 2014;
(ii) 1st December, 2019;
(iii) 1st December, 2024; and
(iv) 1st September, 2025;
(b) whether the Government has any plans to increase the number of beneficiaries; and
(c) if so, when the plans will be implemented.

Enable Local Authorities to Retain a Percentage of Toll Revenue Collected within their Jurisdictions: That this House urges the Government to put in place modalities that will empower local authorities retain a percentage of the toll revenue collected within their jurisdiction.

Adopt Report of the Committee on Cabinet Affairs: That this House adopts the Report of the Committee on Cabinet Affairs on the Review of the Operations of the Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC), for the Fifth Session of the Thirteenth National Assembly, laid on the Table of the House on Wednesday, 1st April, 2026.
