240. Mr Mukosa (Chinsali) - to ask the Minister of Defence:
(a) how many candidates from Chinsali Parliamentary Constituency were selected to undergo the Zambia National Service Voluntary Training Programme, for the September 2025 intake; and
(b) what criteria were used to ensure a fair selection process.
241. Mr Fube (Chilubi) - to ask the Minister of Local Government and Rural Development:
(a) whether Chilubi Parliamentary Constituency benefited from the Cash for Work Programme, as of August, 2025;
(b) if so, how many residents benefited from the Programme as of the date above; and
(c) what kind of activities were performed under the Programme.

242. Mr Kapema (Pambashe) - to ask the Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development:
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct a bridge across Pambashe River, to connect Senior Chief Mushota’s area to Chief Chama’s area in Pambashe Parliamentary Constituency;
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
(c) if there are no such plans, why.
243. Mr Mukosa (Chinsali) - to ask the Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development:
(a) what the cause of the delay in completing the construction of Mbesuma Bridge, which connects Chinsali and Malole Parliamentary Constituencies, is;
(b) at what percentage of completion the project was, as of September, 2025;
(c) what the estimated cost of the outstanding works, is; and
(d) when the project will be completed.
244. Mr Mukosa (Chinsali) - to ask the Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development:
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct bridges across Lubu River in Chinsali Parliamentary Constituency to connect:
(i) Cheswa Village to Sula Village; and
(ii) Kapululu Village to Malalo Village;
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
(c) if there are no such plans, why.
B. QUESTIONS 245 -247
245. Dr Andeleki (Katombola) - to ask the Minister of Technology and Science:
(a) when the Government will construct communication towers in Moomba Chiefdom in Kazungula District; and
(b) what the estimated cost of the project is.
246. Mr Mabenga (Mulobezi) - to ask the Minister of Technology and Science:
(a) how many communication towers have been allocated for construction in Mulobezi District, under the Gap Analysis Programme;
(b) how many towers are earmarked for construction in the following years, ward by ward:
(i) 2025;
(ii) 2026; and
(iii) 2027;
(c) when the existing towers will be upgraded from 2G to 4G and 5G, in order to enhance internet connectivity;
(d) whether the upgrading of the towers will also increase the radius of the catchment areas; and
(e) what measures are being taken to enhance internet connectivity in Mulobezi to ensure that the local people start using their mobile phones for cash transactions.
247. Mr Mukosa (Chinsali) - to ask the Minister of Technology and Science:
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct communication towers in the following areas in Chinsali Parliamentary Constituency;
(i) Kaluka in Chunga Ward; and
(ii) Shimuyinda;
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
(c) if there are no such plans, why.

Adopt Report of the Zambian Delegation to the 58th Southern African Development Community Parliamentary Forum (SADC-PF) Plenary Assembly Session: That this House adopts the Report of the Zambian Delegation to the 58th Southern African Development Community Parliamentary Forum (SADC-PF) Plenary Session, held in Ethekwini Metropolitan Municipality,
Durban, South Africa, from 30th November to 5th December, 2025, for the Fifth Session of the Thirteenth National Assembly, laid on the Table of the House on Wednesday, 4th March, 2026.

Establish a National Ethics Committee: That this House urges the Government to establish a National Ethics Committee, responsible for ethical professional practice standards in the professional community in the country.
