180 Mr Chonde (Milenge) - to ask the Minister of Technology and Science:
 
(a) when construction of communication towers in the following areas in Milenge Parliamentary Constituency will commence:
 
(i) Milenge District Hospital;
(ii) Lungomukuta Ward; and
(iii) Nsaka Ward; and
 
(b) what the cause of the delay in constructing the towers, is.
 
 
181 Mr Mukosa (Chinsali) - to ask the Minister of Local Government and Rural Development:
 
(a) when the construction of Chinsali Bus Station in Chinsali District will be completed;
 
(b) what the cause of the delay in completing the project, is;
 
(c) what the cost of the project, is;
 
(d) at what percentage of completion, the project was, as of August, 2025; and
 
(e) what the cost of the outstanding works was, as of the date at (d).
 
 
182 Mr Miyutu (Kalabo Central) - to ask the Minister of Finance and National Planning:
 
(a) what the major causes of poverty in Zambia, are; and
 
(b) what measures are being taken to alleviate poverty levels.
 
 
183 Mr Mukosa (Chinsali) - to ask the Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct a bridge across Kalungu River, to connect Chunga Village in Chinsali Parliamentary Constituency to Katukauchu Village in Nakonde Parliamentary Constituency;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented;
 
(c) what the estimated cost of the project, is; and
 
(d) if there are no such plans, why.
 
 
184 Mr Mtayachalo (Chama North) - to ask the Minister of Local Government and Rural Development:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to rehabilitate the following feeder roads in Chama North Parliamentary Constituency:
 
(i) Chama - Sitwe;
(ii) Mafinga Turn-Off - Mulilo;
(iii) Lundu - Mwinichipeta;
(iv) Chibale - Kambowe; and
(v) Chibale - Isoka; 
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and 
 
(c) if there are no such plans, why.
 
 
185 Mr Mukosa (Chinsali) - to ask the Minister of Local Government and Rural Development:
 
(a) when the Government will operationalise Chilinda Mini-Civic Centre in Chinsali District; and
 
(b) what the cause of the delay in operationalising the Centre, is.
 
 
186 Mr Kapyanga (Mpika)-to ask the Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct the Mpika – Katibunga - Mukungule - Lufila - Kakoko road in Mpika District;
