6. QUESTION FOR ORAL ANSWER (STANDING ORDER 82)
 
158. Mr Mtayachalo (Chama North) - to ask the Minister of Education: 
 
(a) whether the Government is aware that Form 1 pupils in some parts of Chama North Parliamentary Constituency and other rural Constituencies have challenges in accessing secondary school education, following the downgrading of basic schools to primary schools, under the new education curriculum; and
 
(b) if so, what urgent measures are being taken to remedy the situation.
 
7. QUESTIONS FOR ORAL ANSWER (STANDING ORDER 80)
 
159. Mr Kandafula (Serenje) - to ask the Minister of Local Government and Rural Development:
 
(a) when the Government will complete the tarring of township roads in Serenje District; and
 
(b) what the cause of the delay in completing the project, is.
 
160. Mr C Kang’ombe (Kamfinsa) - to ask the Minister of Health:
 
(a) when the construction of Ndeke Village Health Centre in Kamfinsa Parliamentary Constituency will be completed;
 
(b) what the cause of the delay in completing the project, is;
 
(c)  at what percentage of completion the project was, as of 
September, 2025; and
 
(d) what the cost of the outstanding works, is.
 
161. Dr Mwale (Nchelenge) - to ask the Minister of Home Affairs and Internal Security:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct a new correctional facility in Nchelenge District;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented;
 
(c) what the estimated cost of the project, is; and
 
(d) if there are no such plans, why.
 
162. Mr Mutale (Chitambo) - to ask the Minister of Water Development and Sanitation:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to sink boreholes in the following areas in Chitambo Parliamentary Constituency:
 
(i) Mangala and Ikunko in Katonga Ward;
 
(ii) Miseshi, Misumba, Moses Mikosa and Chikanda-Kanda in Mpelembe Ward; and
 
(iii) Musangashi, Kapepa and Mulembo in Chalilo Ward;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
 
(c) if there are no such plans, why.
 
163. Mr Twasa (Kasenengwa) - to ask the Minister of Water Development and Sanitation:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to rehabilitate the following dams in Kasenengwa Parliamentary Constituency:
 
(i) Chimwa and Kanzutu in Makungwa Ward;
 
(ii) Shamombo in Chingazi Ward;
 
(iii) Mwangazi in Kwenje Ward;
 
(iv) Chimimba in Mkoweh Ward; and
 
(v) Chifombo and Chinyembe in Ng’ongwe Ward; 
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
 
(c) if there are no such plans, why.
