An Act to continue the existence  of the Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation and re-define its functions; reconstitute the Board of the Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation and re-define its functions; provide for the imposition, payment and collection of a broadcast levy; repeal and replace the Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation Act, Cap. 154; and provide  for matters  connected  with,  or incidental to, the foregoing.
