63. Mr Miyutu (Kalabo Central) - to ask the Minister of Fisheries and Livestock:
(a) whether the Government has any plans to operationalise the Cordon Line in Western Province;
(b) if so when the plans will be implemented; and
(c) if there are no such plans, why.
64. Ms Halwiindi (Kabwe Central) - to ask the Minister of Health:
(a) whether the Government has any plans to upgrade Kabwe Central Hospital in Kabwe District to a teaching hospital;
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
(c) if there are no such plans, why.
65. Mr Chanda (Kanchibiya) - to ask the Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development:
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct the following bridges in Kanchibiya Parliamentary Constituency:
(i) across Munikashi River to connect Lokomwila and Mpolonge;
(ii) across Lwitikila River to connect Chibwa and Cheweshimfwamba Wards; and
(iii) across Munikashi River in Macheleta area;
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
(c) what the estimated population of the catchment area of each location at (a), expected to benefit from this project, is.
66. Mr Mtayachalo (Chama North) - to ask the Minister of Energy:
(a) how many cases of vandalism and theft of ZESCO electricity infrastructure were recorded from January, 2021 to July, 2025, year by year;
(b) what the cost implication of vandalism and theft was, year by
year; and
(c) what short term and long term measures are being taken to protect ZESCO infrastructure from vandalism and theft.
67. Mr Hamwaata (Pemba) - to ask the Minister of Health:
(a) whether the Government has any plans to construct an operating theatre at Pemba Mini Hospital in Pemba District;
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented;
(c) what the estimated cost of the project is; and
(d) if there are no such plans, why.
68. Mr Miyutu (Kalabo Central) - to ask the Minister of Education:
(a) why the Examinations Council of Zambia charges for verifying examination results and certificates;
(b) whether the Government has any plans to abolish the fees;
(c) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
(d) if there are no such plans, why.
