The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation - On Zambia’s participation at the 80th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA-80) held in New York, USA, from 2nd to 29th September, 2025.
 
7. QUESTIONS FOR ORAL ANSWER (STANDING ORDER 80)
 
44. Ms Nakaponda (Isoka) - to ask the Minister of Education:
 
(a) how many community schools there were in Isoka District, as of August, 2025;
 
(b) of the schools at above, how many are earmarked for upgrading to Government schools;
 
(c) when the schools at (b) will be upgraded; and
 
(d) if no school will be upgraded, why.
 
45. Mr Mabenga (Mulobezi) - to ask the Minister of Green Economy and Environment:
 
(a) when the Forestry Department in Mulobezi District will be provided with a motor vehicle to ease their operational challenges;
 
(b) whether the Government has any plans to recruit more forest officers; 
 
(c) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
 
(d) if there are no such plans, why.

Adopt Report of the Planning and Budgeting Committee:  That this House adopts the Report of the Planning and Budgeting Committee on the consideration of the 2026 Annual Borrowing Plan, for the Fifth Session of the Thirteenth National Assembly, laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, 16th October, 2025.
