20      Mr Hamwaata (Pemba)  - to ask the Minister of Justice:

1. when the Government will operationalise Kanchomba Local Court in Pemba District; and
2. what the cause of the delay in operationalising the Court is.

21     Mr E Tembo (Feira) - to ask the Minister of Home Affairs and Internal Security:

1. whether the Government has any plans to construct a correctional facility in Luangwa District;
2. if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
3. if there are no such plans, why.

22     Mr Mabenga (Mulobezi) - to ask the Minister of Local Government and Rural Development:

1. whether the Government has any plans to rehabilitate feeder roads in Mulobezi; 
2. if so, when the plans will be implemented;
3. what the estimated cost of the project is; and
4. if there are no such plans, why.

23      Mr Simuzingili (Gwembe) - to ask the Minister of Transport and Logistics:

a. whether the Government has any plans to establish harbours on the shores of Lake Kariba in the following districts:

1. Siavonga;
2. Gwembe; and
3. Sinazongwe; 

b. if so, when the plans will be implemented;

c. what the estimated cost of establishing each harbour is; and

d. if there are no such plans, why.
