16. Mr Mukosa (Chinsali)  -  to ask the Minister of Energy:
 
(a) whether the Government is aware that for the past one month, Chinsali District has been experiencing a critical shortage of fuel, thereby affecting service delivery in essential sectors, such as health; and
 
(b) if so, what urgent measures are being taken to resolve the problem.
