12. Mr Kampyongo (Shiwang’andu)  -  to ask the Minister of Defence:
 
(a) what led to the murder of two Zambia National Service (ZNS) officers, at a ZNS furniture factory in Lusaka West, Lusaka District, on 7th September, 2025;
 
(b) whether the Government is aware that the murder has led to citizens fearing for their safety; and
 
(c) what urgent measures are being taken to ensure safety of officers, countrywide.
 
7. QUESTIONS FOR ORAL ANSWER (STANDING ORDER 80)
 
13. Mr Munsanje (Mbabala) - to ask the Minister of Finance and National Planning:
 
(a) what measures are being taken to integrate population growth data into the 2026 National Budget, as promulgated by the United Nations Population and Development Commission commitments;
 
(b) whether the Government has any plans to include allocation of reproductive health services in the 2026 National Budget; and
 
(c) if there are no such plans, why.
 
14. Mr E Banda (Muchinga) - to ask the Minister of Community Development and Social Services:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to empower the over 250 differently abled people in Muchinga Parliamentary Constituency, with the following:
 
(i) hand tractors;
(ii) livestock; and
(iii) sewing machines;
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and 
 
(c) if there are no such plans, why.
 
15. Ms Halwiindi (Kabwe Central)  -  to ask the Minister of Justice:
 
(a) whether the Government has any plans to deploy additional High Court Judges to Central Province, which had only one Judge as of March, 2025; 
 
(b) if so, when the plans will be implemented; and
 
(c) if there are no such plans, why.
